Full-Time Sales Scouting Team for Customer Acquisition and Truck Service Providers

As we expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our Sales Scouting Team to acquire new customers from SMEs and Corporates, and to recruit Truck Service Providers.
Our company headquarters is located in Accra, with roles available in both Kumasi and Accra.
Job Description:
As part of PIKHAUL Full-Time Sales Scouting Team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and establishing relationships with truck service providers.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential customers from SMEs and Corporates.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand PIKHAUL client base.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Present PIKHAUL services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Truck Service Provider Recruitment:
- Identify and engage with potential truck service providers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with truck owners and operators.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new service providers.
- Ensure all service providers meet PIKHAUL standards and requirements.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote PIKHAUL.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in
the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver
results.
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian logistics and transportation market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Ghana as required.
